This service is just plain awful. Let me break it down for you:
- They don’t provide any past reports regarding your membership or earnings.
- You can’t review previous months to check billing details.
- The automated features are super limited, so you end up having to manually verify who’s paying their bills each month.
- Customer support is a nightmare. I’ve lost track of how many times I called with a question and got no response. When I did get someone, they often didn’t have a solution for my problem.
- And the worst part? They charge you in advance. I canceled my subscription on the final day of my billing period, but they claimed they had already processed my payment and wouldn’t give me a refund.
Honestly, I’ve used Zen Planner, Wodify, and Push Press before. I’d choose any of those, even if they cost more, over Rhino.

The gear for accessing the door is quite hefty and involves numerous moving components and extras.

Rhinofit really delivers for the cost. We can run reports, handle payments, and manage check-ins seamlessly through the platform, plus we benefit from the built-in waiver feature. As a climbing gym, we’ve got to navigate a few quirks, like needing 40 different membership types to fit various family sizes and combinations. There are some oddities in the system too, like the sign-in screen showing a 'sign in' button that folks never use; they just click their name to log in. Also, all memberships renew automatically, even if they’re supposed to be set otherwise, which means we have to keep an eye on that to avoid overcharging customers. Still, it’s a reliable system for our needs.

I began using this software roughly a year back. It took quite a while for them to get everything ready for me, but after that, I haven’t had any issues. I've had some terrible experiences with other similar services, but Rhino has been working just fine up to now. The software is straightforward and super user-friendly. Also, for a small business like mine, it really matters that they maintain affordable pricing.
